Homemade Cranberry Muffin!

Recipe:
normal muffin recipe + 1 cup of cranberries (I suggest that you should add more since mine don’t have enough cranberry flavor)
I used frozen cranberries and they’re REALLY sour, so I simmered them in a small saucepan with golden syrup, brown sugar and bit of water, then stop when the mixture gets thick, and add the mixture in at the last step :p
it’s like cranberry jelly for smoked turkey mmhh <3
i made this recipe up simply because i wasn’t bothered to go online to search for cranberry muffins recipe. i don’t really like cranberries but i made those muffins because my mom wants me to use up the cranberries in the freezer.
the muffins were delightful <3
